I don't believe it!

I still can't believe my kitchen is clean. It's like walking into a whole new world. Bit I'm making a strong effort to keep it that way now. We still haven't gotten the living room -completely- straightened, and I've got to spray pest repellant everywhere .. hopefully I can do so today, since it's not raining.

I totally failed on NaNoWriMo. But honestly, trying to do it while I still have school is a silly thing. Work and school in the month of November are just too busy for me to be trying to spend hours a day writing something that's giving me neither a grade nor a paycheck.

A day off is a glorious thing.

A day off is a glorious thing. Not that I actually did nothing. But it's nice to not have to work. Especially with the way the fill-in DM has been piling extra stuff on me too.

NaNoWriMo isn't going like it should. But I got bored fast. And .. well, that's how it goes. I'd rather be playing WoW than writing right now. And while that's not really a good thing .. it's how it is.

Made a phenomenally yummy soup tonight. Tuscan chicken bean soup ... it was a mix from Harry and David. but I'm sure I can find a recipe. I'm going to have to, cos it was -really- good.

A Gooey Mess.

NaNoWriMo isn't going as well as I'd like for it too, but it's not something I'm taking completely seriously either. It's a way, really, just to make me write. To get me to write -something- every day, rather than letting me allow my distractions to completely overwhelm me. Things are still distracting me .. but I am making an effort to do -some- writing every day. Maybe over the course of the month, that writing time will increase as I get more into the habit.

I discovered a delicious thing today. Hershey has a new type of Kisses out. Hot Cocoa Creme. They're yummy. There's also a Cordial Cherry M&M. The taste without the gooey mess.

NaBloPoMo Day 1.

And I'm actually remembering to post.

You'd think that wouldn't actually be a difficult thing for me to do. But I tend to get distracted .. if the time between now and my last posts is any indication.

I've been trying to get schoolwork done so that I have time available for NaNoWriMo - which at the current moment is up to 1111 words. I have three classes right now .. World Lit, which doesn't have a lot right now except for weekly discussions and reading. Music Appreciation, which really is taking up a lot more time than I think it should. And Intro to Sociology, which only has one more major project/paper and I can relax with it.

I don't have a lot else at this moment to talk about.

November Reign

Tomorrow begins both NaNoWriMo and NaBloPoMo. I'm going to attempt them both. We'll see how it goes.
