Untitled

My max weight before I decided enough was enough was, I believe, 212lbs. I have been trying to stay faithful to a ‘SlimFast or oatmeal for breakfast, Subway or a salad or a chicken sandwich for lunch and whatever I want for dinner’ diet, which helps get me the nutrients I need and keeps my diet fairly balanced.

As of this morning: 198lbs. A loss of 14lbs in I think 3 weeks. Might be four. Either way, it makes me feel good.
