Nearly everything is wrapped, and I think everything I wanted to buy for my loved ones is here, either waiting to be wrapped or already under the tree .. a tree which is very very stuffed this year. Some of the gifts are things we meant to give last year, in the case of our nieces and nephews, but other than that, we've been very fortunate to be able to give what we wanted to those we love. I just have to finish the strap for one gift, the bag I'm making for Kathy, and to wrap a bunch of things. We might need a bit more wrapping paper, but I'll see what we need when I'm done for the day. Jason still has to wrap mine, apparently, thus the need for more.
Time to put another holiday movie in the DVD player since the TV's not worked all day. I've already watched Miracle on 34th Street, and I'm fixing to watch .. hmm .. Polar Express maybe. I bought a bunch this year, so I have a lot to choose from.
Tomorrow is Christmas Eve. Tomorrow we will bring some holiday cheer to Mardell, then go spend the evening with Brandon's mom and Johnny, and wake up to spend Christmas Morning with them. After that, we'll head up to Stephanie's house, for the first family Christmas gathering in a long while. I'm looking forward to it, not for what I'm getting, but for what I'm giving. I'm going to try to snag a few boxes from work to use to cart gifts from place to place .. we have a lots.
